Can’t download the private app? Then you may need to update the Android/iOS version (software) on your mobile device, under Settings.

Can’t download the app even though you have updated? Then your mobile device is probably out of date and not compatible with the app.

Technical explanation: for iOS, the app works if you have the latest operating system or one of the two previous versions. For Android, the app works if you have the latest operating system or one of the three previous versions.

In the app you can close your card for internet purchases. Of course, you can also open your card again.

1. Log in to the bank app.
2. Tap on the menu (three bars).
3. Tap on Accounts and Cards.
4. Under Manage cards, tap on Internet purchases.
5. Close your card for internet purchases by sliding the bar. To open the card for purchases again, slide the bar in the other direction.

Have you lost your card? Immediately call 08-411 10 11 (+46 8 411 10 11 if you are abroad) and block your card so it can’t be used.

Did you know that you can check your balance without logging in? Very convenient when you are in a store, about to pay, and wonder if there is enough money in your account.

1. Log in to the bank app.
2. Tap on the menu (three bars).
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Quick Balance.
5. Activate Quick Balance by sliding the bar to the right (on iOS), or by checking the box (on Android). Done!
   

Pay your invoice by filling in the data manually or by scanning the invoice with the camera in your mobile device.

1. Log in to the bank app.
2. Tap on the menu (three bars).
3. Tap on Payments and transfers.
4. Choose which account the money shall be paid from.
5. Choose which account the money shall be paid to.
6. Fill in the amount.
7. Choose when the money shall reach the recipient.
8. Enter Message or OCR-number. If you want, make a note.
9. Add and Approve.

3. Tap on Payments and Transfers.
4. Tap on Scan invoice details. Now the camera in the mobile device will open and let you scan. 
5. Hold the mobile device over the invoice: OCR, Amount and Recipient.
6. Follow the instructions. Done!

Electricity, broadband, streaming services... Are you paying too much? With a few clicks you can cancel, change or start new subscriptions.

1. Log in to the bank app.
2. Tap on the menu (three bars).
3. Tap on Payments and Transfers.
4. Tap on Payments and Transfer Menu (near the top of the screen)
5. Tap on Subscription Manager
6. Follow the instructions in the app.
7. You will now have a great overview of your subscriptions.

Do you want to trade funds, equities and other securities, but avoid the hassle of declaring each and every sale? Open an ISK, that is, an Investment Savings Account.

1. Log in to the bank app.
2. Tap the menu (three bars).
3. Tap on Savings and Investments.
4. Scroll down and tap on Open new account.
5. Tap on Open account for securities
6. Tap on Open a new ISK.
7. Follow the instructions.
8. Done!
   

In our app you can buy and sell shares at a fixed, low commission – from SEK 0 per deal. Easy and cheap! To be able to trade, you first need to open an account.

1. Log in to the bank app.
2. Press the menu (three bars).
3. Tap on Savings and Investments.
4. Scroll down and tap on Open new account.
5. Tap on Open account for securities
6. Now you can either Open a new ISK or Open a new ET (Equity Trader) by scrolling down to the bottom of the page.
7. Now you can trade shares from SEK 0 per deal – good luck!
    

1. When you are logged in, tap on Savings and Investments.
2. In the search box, enter the name of the share you want to buy. 
3. In the search result, tap on the share.
4. Tap on Buy and select which account you want to buy from. 
5. Fill in the number of shares you want to buy.
6. At the top you can select Standard, Simple or Advanced. If you choose Standard, you can fill in your maximum price per share in the box Price. If you choose Simple, you buy the share at the current market price when the order goes through.
7. Tap on Continue. 
8. Tap on Approve. Your order is now in the market.
9. To see your order status or change your order, tap on your ISK or ET and then on Order status.

How much money do you have in your daily account? And in your savings account? In our app you can check your accounts – and move money between accounts by dragging and dropping.

4. Place your finger on the from-account and drag your finger to the to-account.
5. Fill in the amount and tap on Transfer.
